Shipping policy

While we strive to get our customers their products as quickly as possible, shipping delay is out of the seller's control. We ask our customers to please be patient with delivery times. Give it a couple more days and let us know if your parcels don't turn up. Refunds and replacements are always available upon request.

📦 Standard UK Royal Mail delivery within 2-4 working days (no tracking).
📦 Standard US DHL delivery within 2-5 working days (with tracking).
📦 Europe delivery via Spring Global or La Post or Post NL - This might take 1-2 weeks to be delivered (with tracking).

Note: The estimated delivery dates exclude the processing time. Orders outside of EU may take longer to be processed and be delivered (1-2 weeks).
