I made a mistake, can I return it?
We do our best to highlight this in our items descriptions and kindly encourage our customers to review the details to avoid any potential disappointments.
In rare cases that we agree with a return for exchange, keep in mind that this needs to be returned within 14 days after purchase and to our main studio in London, United Kingdom. Customers are responsible for postage costs.
Consumer Contracts Regulations (Returns)
We are aware of UK/EU regulations. However, as noted clearly in our product descriptions and policies, our phone cases are considered custom-made to order.
While the design options are selected via a dropdown, each case is manufactured specifically for the customer's chosen device model, design, and finish upon order. This production process is not pre-made or held in stock, which means the product is created to specification once an order is placed.
Under the Regulations, items that are "made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised" are exempt from the right to cancel. Our products fall into this category due to the made-to-order nature of each item, even when chosen from a set range of designs.
