Our phone cases are designed to help protect your device during everyday use. However, like all accessories, phone cases are subject to normal wear and tear over time. Scratches, fading, discolouration, and other signs of use are completely normal and can occur regardless of the price of the case.

Please note: We do not offer a lifetime warranty on our phone cases.

To help preserve your case and keep it looking its best for longer, we recommend:

• Avoiding contact with alcohol-based products, including hand sanitisers and cleaning solutions.
• Avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
• Keeping your case away from excessive heat.

These factors may cause printed designs, colours, and finishes to fade or become damaged over time.

While our cases are designed to provide protection for your device, no phone case can guarantee complete protection in every situation. In rare circumstances, drops, impacts, or other incidents may still result in damage to your device.
