What's the difference between the SNAP and TOUGH Case?
If you're a looking for a protective and sturdy case we do recommend you to go for the TOUGH CASE. This case comes with two parts, one is the black rubber covering all your phone and the other, a shell to cover with our design.
The SNAP CASE, is made only of the hard plastic shell that snaps into your phone, not covering the top and bottom. Still good for some protection but serving more on aesthetic proposes.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Depending where you live, your order will arrive any time within 1-7 days of ordering. We ship from UK using Royal Mail or Hermes and from the US using DHL services.
Why is my order taking so long?
While we strive to get our customers their products as quickly as possible, shipping & production delays are out of the seller's control. Keep in mind that our cases are not "in stock" or "ready to be dispatched". We work on a "on demand" basis to avoid mass production or waste as we try to be more sustainable that most brands. Also this allows us to offer the best quality possible. Also, do not worry if your parcel gets lost or delivery is unsuccessful, refunds are always available in those cases. However, if the address provided upon checkout is the incorrect one, we cannot be held responsible.
Can I return my case?
No. Due to our products being made-to-order/customised, returns for refunds or exchanges are unavailable at the moment. But please contact us if you have any problems. Make sure to double check is the device select is indeed the correct one. Not sure how? Go to Settings → About Phone → Model Number. We’re always trying to be as much sustainable as we can so we’d highly appreciate your help 🤲🏻
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Customers have 24 hours to request any changes or cancellation. Once your item enters production it cannot be cancelled.
Can I get a replacement case?
Yes. You will be able to ask for a replacement if:
- Your purchase has been made within the 3 months spare time.
- The product arrived damaged. Please read "What's acceptable for refunds" below. Keep in mind that we DO NOT offer a lifetime warranty. Our products, like any other product will tear up with time and use.
Is it compatible with wireless charging?
Yes. All our phone cases are proved to be compatible with wireless charger. However, for MagSafe we do recommend or Tough MagSafe cases. Our Snap & Tough cases are in general, wireless charging compatible but you might not have the same results in terms of charging time.
What's acceptable for refunds?
We take customer complaints very seriously. However, we have to implement a few rules when it comes to refunds or replacements. The item needs to be visibly damaged. Some examples are: smudges that affect the design, big scratches that affect the finish or design, blurry or low resolution prints. Other defects include: deformed items or if the product does not fit properly due to deformation & already broken cases. Very small spots/dots that do not affect the design will not be considered as damaged.
Shipping Information
While we strive to get our customers their products as quickly as possible, shipping delay is out of the seller's control. We ask our customers to please be patient with delivery times. Give it a couple more days and let us know if your parcels don't turn up. Refunds and replacements are always available upon request.
📦 Standard UK Royal Mail delivery within 2-4 working days (no tracking).
📦 Standard US DHL, USPS or STAMPS delivery within 2-5 working days (with tracking).
📦 Europe delivery via Spring Global, La Poste or Post NL - This might take 1-2 weeks to be delivered (with tracking).
📦 Canada delivery via Asendia US and Japan delivery via Korean Post might take up to 11 business days to be delivered (tracking available).
Note: The EDT excludes the processing times (time that takes us to print your cases) which can take 2-5 business days.
