Refund policy

Returns (Temporary No Return Policy)

Temporary “No Returns” policy to avoid waste and due stock issues. As a small business with sustainability in mind, all our products are made-to-order to avoid minimal production waste. Exchanges are still accepted in cases of damage/low res printing and wrong sizing but please make sure the right one is selected. We always recommend our customers to read this item’s description to avoid any disappointments.

Refunds (If applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

What's acceptable for refunds?

We take customer complaints very seriously. However, we have to implement a few rules when it comes to refunds or replacements. The item needs to be visibly damaged. Some examples are: smudges that affect the design, big scratches that affect the finish or design, blurry or low resolution prints. Other defects include: deformed items or if the product does not fit properly due to deformation & already broken cases. Very small spots/dots that do not affect the design will not be considered as damaged.

Late or missing refunds (If applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at mail@acaso.uk.

Exchanges (If applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at mail@acaso.uk.

Shipping

To return your product please mail us at mail@acaso.uk and we'll provide you with a return address. Customer will be responsible for paying for shipping costs when returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund.
